Gaura Construction is committed to a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our employees, contractors, customers, and the communities around us. All employees and contractors forming part of the project, are associated with the duty to protect the community, and the environment. We comply with all the applicable legislation, regulations and customers’ requirements as minimum benchmark for its Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Policy. Further, we regularly review this policy, practices, and performance to ensure ongoing improvements.

We are Gaura Construction, a construction company that provides innovative and sustainable solutions for various sectors and markets. Our mission is to create value for our customers, employees, shareholders, and society by delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed their expectations. We are committed to being a professional and responsible construction company that delivers quality projects with respect for people and the environment. We expect all our employees, sub-contractors, suppliers, partners, and customers to act in accordance with our values and principles and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We are responsible for implementing this ethics charter in all our activities and operations. We have established an ethics committee that oversees the development, review, communication, training, monitoring, evaluation, and enforcement of this ethics charter. The ethics committee reports to the board of directors and is composed of representatives from different functions and levels of the company.
We encourage all our stakeholders to report any violations or concerns regarding this ethics charter to the ethics committee or through our confidential whistleblowing mechanism. We will investigate any reports promptly and fairly and take appropriate actions to prevent recurrence. We will not tolerate any retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith. We review this ethics charter occasionally and update it as needed to reflect any changes in our goals, strategies, policies, or external environment. We communicate this ethics charter to all our stakeholders and make it accessible to them through various channels. We also provide training and guidance to our employees on how to apply this ethics charter in their daily work. We also welcome feedback and suggestions from our stakeholders on how to improve this ethics charter or address any ethical concerns.
