The Contract Agreement was signed between Sahas Urja Ltd, Kathmandu, Nepal (Employer), and Gaura Construction Pvt. Ltd, Kathmandu, Nepal (Builders) on 19 March 2021 and completed on 6 Feb 2023. The project bears the scope of Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 132 kV Double Circuit transmission lines with the design and construction of all the required civil works for the above-stated works, as per the Employer’s Requirements in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model. The total length of the Transmission line is approximately 10.6 km with a Single ACSR ‘BEAR’ conductor.
Gaura undertook this project by duly signing the contract (contract ID: ESRP/MOE/CLPIU/073/074-Nuwakot-11) on 24 June 2018 and completed on 12 November 2020 with cent percent (100%) physical completion status. The Project fully funded by JICA and employer as a Central Level Project Implementation Unit, Gayaneshwor, Kathmandu, consists of the scope of works mainly RCC Frame Structure inclusive of Brick Masonry, Plaster, Electrical, Sanitary, Truss Roofing, etc. Gaura built altogether eight (8) schools in various parts of the Nuwakot district under this package and received a bonus for exceeding the expectation of the client in terms of project completion deadline and maintaining quality standards in connection to agreed contracts.

Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) as a Development Partner and Central Level Project Implementation Unit, Gayaneshwor, Kathmandu (CLPIU) as the employer comprise the scope of works mainly RCC Frame Structure inclusive of Brick Masonry, Plaster, Electrical, Sanitary, Truss Roofing, etc. We built a total of five (5) schools in various parts of the Gorkha district under this package and received a bonus for exceeding the expectation of the client in terms of project completion deadline and maintaining quality standards in connection to agreed contracts.
